简介
南海是开展深海研发和试验的最佳天然场所。崖州湾科技城依托深海科技城,布局建设重大科技基础设施和产业平台,围绕“深海进入、深海探测、深海开发”开展科技攻关,启动深海空间站等一批国家重大科技项目,打造深海科考母港,保障科研海试任务,坚决守好祖国南大门。
三亚崖州湾科技城紧紧围绕“三区一中心”战略定位,坚决贯彻新发展理念,全力打造我国开放型经济新高地,助力建成具有较强国际影响力的高水平海南自由贸易港。
Introduction:
The South China Sea is the best natural place for deep-sea research, development and experiments. Relying on the deep-sea science and technology city, major scientific and technological infrastructure and industrial platforms are laid out and built. Scientific and technological research centering around “deep-sea entry, deep-sea exploration, and deep-sea development” is carried out, a number of major national scientific and technological projects launched such as the deep-sea space station, a deep-sea scientific research home port built, to guarantee the mission of scientific research and sea trials, and resolutely guard the southern gate of China.
Sanya Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City closely focuses on the strategic positioning of “three districts and one center”, resolutely implements the new development concept, strives to build a new highland for China’s open economy, as well as a high-level Hainan free trade port with strong international influence.

南海的深度 Depth of South China Sea
我国超过1000米深度的海域主要位于南海,平均水深约1212米,最深处达5567米,是开展深海研发和试验的最佳天然场所。三亚崖州湾距离1000米水深海域仅164公里,距离2000米水深海域仅248公里,科考船经崖州湾出发可实现当天往返,为加快深海装备研发测试、深海资源开发、海洋现代服务等深海特色产业聚集,保障国家深海战略和海洋强国建设提供了重要服务支撑。
China’s sea areas with a depth of more than 1,000 meters are mainly located in the South China Sea, with an average water depth of about 1,212 meters and the deepest depth of 5,567 meters. It is the best natural place for deep-sea research, development and experiments. Sanya Yazhou Bay is only 164 kilometers away from the water with a depth of 1000 meters, and only 248 kilometers away from the water with a depth of 2000 meters. The scientific research ships departing from Yazhou Bay can zrealize a one-day round trip, which provides important service support for accelerating the gathering of deep-sea characteristic industries such as deep-sea equipment research and development testing, deep-sea resource development, and marine modern services, and ensuring the national deep-sea strategy and the construction of marine power.

•Implementing the deep-sea science and technology innovation concept of “small core, big network”, it builds a comprehensive scientific research ship home port that is close to the frontier of the deep sea and is open and shared.
•It provides basic guarantees for the research and development, commissioning and sea trials of deep-sea scientific research equipment.

三亚深海化合物资源中心
Sanya Deep-sea Compound Resource Center
涵盖深海生物样品采集、分离、纯化、鉴定和存储、基于无细胞蛋白生产和合成生物学的样品制备、深海深渊微生物菌种保蔵、分子和细胞水平的生物活性筛选、样品质控质保、样品信息管理和对外资源服务等多元功能。
以深海深渊生物资源为导向,以琼沪合作共建方式,促进深海科技与生命科学的交叉融合,通过集聚优质产业推动特殊资源的开发利用,助力海南“大健康”事业的可持续发展。
Collection, separation, purification, identification and storage of deep-sea biological samples, sample preparation based on cell-free protein production and synthetic biology, preservation of deep-sea abyssal microbial strains, biological activity screening at molecular and cellular levels, sample quality assurance, sample information management and external resource services and other multiple functions are covered.
Oriented by deep-sea abyssal biological resources, it promotes the cross-integration of deep-sea technology and life sciences through Hainan-Shanghai cooperation and co-construction, drives the development and utilization of special resources by gathering high-quality industries, and contributes to the sustainable development of Hainan’s “big health” cause.

2018年2月,深海所与深圳华大生命科学研究院共建“深海生命研究院”,致力于在海南打造全球深海生命研究的高地,共同发起国际深海生命科学计划,推进海洋科技成果转化,培养海洋生物、组学分析等研究领域复合型人才,支撑海南深海科创中心建设。
In February 2018, the Institute of Deep-sea Science and Engineering, CAS and BGI Research jointly established the "Deep-sea Life Research Institute", which is committed to creating a highland for global deep-sea life research in Hainan, and jointly launched the International Deep-sea Life Science Program to promote the transformation of marine scientific and technological achievements, cultivate compound talents in research fields such as marine biology and omics analysis, and support the construction of Hainan Deep-sea Science and Technology Innovation Center.

4.空.空天信息:Air. Aerospace Information
•海南卫星简介Introduction of Hainan Satellite
“海南卫星星座”项目一期工程共四颗光学卫星,由三亚中科遥感信息产业园的入园企业及研究所共同研制,目前由海南微星遥感技术应用服务有限公司运营,于2022年2月27日上午由"长征八号”运载火箭在文昌发射场成功发射入轨。卫星数据已用于海南省社管平台,船舶自动识别系统信息数据已在海南国际知识产权交易所达成许可交易。
实现“海南星、海南造、海南发、海南用”。
The first phase of the "Hainan Satellite Constellation" project consists of four optical satellites, which are jointly developed by enterprises and research institutes in Sanya Remote Sensing Information Industrial Park. The project is operated by Hainan Micro Star Remote Sensing Technology Service Co., Ltd, and the four optical satellites were successfully launched into orbit by "Long March 8" rocket at the Wenchang launch site on 27th February 2022. The satellite data has been used in the social information management platform of Hainan Province. And the data of the ship's automatic identification system (AIS) have been made a licensing transaction at the Hainan International Intellectual Property Exchange.
The project has reached our goal of "Hainan Star, Hainan Made, Hainan Launched, Hainan Applied".
•海南卫星的应用Application of Hainan Satellite
卫星发射入轨后,通过4颗星的组网观测,可以保障海南在自然资源、农业、林业、海洋环境、海洋航运、海上应急搜救和渔业信息服务等重点领域的空间数据需求。服务于自然资源、农林业、海洋等城市管理部门和海口、三亚等市县,助力海南自由贸易港建设。
After the satellite is launched into orbit, the observing information of the four-satellite network can meet Hainan's spatial data needs in critical areas, such as natural resources, agriculture, forestry, marine environment, marine shipping, maritime emergency search and rescue, and fishery information services. The data can be served at the urban management departments of natural resources, agriculture, forestry, and ocean, as well as cities and counties such as Haikou, and Sanya, making a significant impact on the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port.
