一、三亚崖州湾科技城 Sanya Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City 

三亚崖州湾科技城位于三亚市崖州区，作为海南自由贸易港11个重点园区之一，园区围绕海南自由贸易港建设总体方案要求，重点面向南繁、深海科技产业布局，重点打造深海科技城、南繁科技城、科教城以及南山港和全球动植物种质资源引进中转基地。以“世界眼光、国际标准、三亚特色、高点定位”为构架，致力于建设陆海统筹、开放创新、产业繁荣、文化自信、绿色节能的先导科技新城。

南繁科技城规划面积约4.02平方公里，是以南繁科技产业为核心，围绕动植物育种科技、国际种业交易、种质资源产权交易、种业知识产权交易、热带特色农科等方面,打造产业化、市场化、专业化、集约化的国家南繁科研基地与国家热带农业科学中心。

Nanfan S&T City has a planning area of about 4.02 square kilometers, which is an industry-oriented, market-oriented, professional and intensive national seed breeding base and national tropical agricultural science center centering on animal and plant breeding science and technology, international seed industry transaction, germplasm resource property right transaction, seed industry intellectual property right transaction and tropical characteristic agricultural science with seed breeding science and technology industry as the core. 

深海科技城规划面积约11.9平方公里，是以海洋科技产业为核心，重点聚焦深海科技、海洋产业和现代服务三大领域，主要发展深海装备、深海材料、深海通讯、海洋船舶、海工装备、海洋公共服务、会展服务、金融服务和商务服务等，未来还将积极探索深海养殖、人工鱼礁和海洋生态保护等领域探。

Deep-sea S&T City has a planning area of about 11.9 square kilometers. With the marine science and technology industry as the core, it will focus on three areas, including deep-sea science and technology, marine industry and modern services, mainly develop deep-sea equipment, deep-sea materials, deep-sea communications, offshore vessels, offshore engineering equipment, marine public services, exhibition services, financial services and business services and will actively explore the fields of deep-sea aquaculture, artificial fish reef and ecological protection of marine in the future. 

二、三亚中央商务区 Sanya Central Business District

三亚中央商务区位于三亚市主城区，是海南自由贸易港11个重点建设园区中唯一以“商务区”命名的园区。园区启动规划面积为450.8公顷，含凤凰海岸、东岸、月川、海罗四大单元及8栋楼宇。凤凰海岸单元，定位为国际化总部集聚区、文化商务区及邮轮游艇旅游商贸综合消费区；月川单元，定位为区域型总部商务、专业服务和金融发展核心区；东岸单元，定位为大型综合消费商圈和文化休闲区；海罗单元，定位为国际人才社区和花园总部。

The park has a planned starting area of 450.8 hectares, including four major units including Phoenix Coast, East Bank, Yuechuan, and Hailuo and eight buildings. The Phoenix Coast unit is positioned as an international headquarters gathering area, a cultural and business district, and a comprehensive consumption area for cruise, yacht, tourism, and commerce; Yuechuan unit is positioned as the core area for regional headquarters business, professional services and financial development; Dong’an unit is positioned as a large integrated consumer business district and cultural leisure area; Hailuo unit is positioned as an international talent community and garden headquarters.

三亚海棠湾国家海岸休闲园区位于三亚市东部海滨，园区规划面积112.72平方公里，是三亚市“东翼”组团的核心区，其核心功能包括旅游度假、国家级医疗及健康疗养基地、世界级的游艇港，被誉为“中国国家海岸，世界度假天堂”。

Located in the eastern seaside of Sanya, with a planning area of 112.72 square kilometers, Sanya Haitang Bay National Coastal Leisure Park is the core area of the "East Wing" of the city. Its core functions include tourism and vacation, a national medical and health-care base, and a world-class yacht port. It is known as "China's National Coast and the World's Holiday Paradise".

三亚互联网信息产业园位于三亚市吉阳区，园区规划用地面积5616.45亩，围绕互联网文娱、跨境电商服务贸易、数字科技为主导产业，重点打造大数据中心、互联网双创中心、互联网信息产业基地、海南电商直播基地等平台，加快建设跨境电商物流产业园、国际文化科技硅谷、新东润互联网产业基地及中国移动三亚南部通信枢纽项目等社会投资载体，吸引数字科技、大数据应用、跨境电商、游戏开发等行业企业和资本进驻，构建数字经济产业生态链，建设三亚市数字经济领域标志性产业平台，打造海南省数字经济发展第三极。

Sanya Internet Information Industrial Park is located in Jiyang District, Sanya, with a planned land area of 5616.45 mu.
