中阿（塞拜疆）签署互免签证协定
China and Azerbaijan Sign Visa-Free Pact, Boosting People-to-People and Cultural Exchange
2025年4月23日，中共中央政治局委员、外交部长王毅和阿塞拜疆外交部长巴伊拉莫夫分别代表两国政府，签署《中华人民共和国政府和阿塞拜疆共和国政府关于互免持普通护照公民签证的协定》。协定将在两国政府履行必要程序后正式生效。
On April 23rd, 2025, Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Minister of Foreign Affairs Wang Yi and Jeyhun Bayramov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, signed the "Agreement between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Mutual Visa Exemption for Holders of Ordinary Passports" on behalf of their respective governments. The agreement will come into force after the two governments will complete the necessary procedures.

China and Malaysia Sign Visa-Free Agreement for Ordinary and Official Passport Holders
2025年4月16日，中共中央政治局委员、外交部长王毅和马来西亚内政部长赛夫丁分别代表两国政府，签署《中华人民共和国政府和马来西亚政府关于互免持公务普通护照和普通护照人员签证的协定》。协定将在两国政府履行必要程序后生效。中马互予对方国家公民的免签入境政策不受影响。
On April 16th, 2025, Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Minister of Foreign Affairs Wang Yi and Malaysia’s Minister of Home Affairs Saifuddin Nasution signed the "Agreement between the Government of the People’s Republic of China and the Government of Malaysia on Mutual Visa Exemption for Holders of Official and Ordinary Passports," which will come into effect after both countries will complete the necessary procedures. The agreement does not affect the exiting visa-free policies already in place between the two countries.

The International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) announced the latest world rankings for the 17th week of 2025 on April 22nd.
20岁的海南球手林诗栋继续排名男单和混双世界第一。在男单方面，刚刚赢得澳门世界杯男单冠军的巴西选手雨果·卡尔德拉诺，积4575分，排名提升2位，排到第三名。获得澳门世界杯男单亚军的林诗栋以8975分位列世界第一。王楚钦以6925分排名第二。
The 20-year-old Hainan player Lin Shidong continued to be at the top of the men's singles world rankings. Hugo Calderano from Brazil, who recently won the men's singles title at the ITTF World Cup Macao, earned 4,575 points and jumped two spots to third place. Lin Shidong, who won the silver medal at the ITTF World Cup Macao, ranked first in the world with 8,975 points. Wang Chuqin was ranked second with 6,925 points.

In the men's doubles rankings, the French Lebrun brothers' pair ranked first with 4,100 points. The pair of Wang Chuqin and Liang Jingkun was fourth with 2,280 points. The pair of Wang Chuqin and Lin Shidong ranked sixth with 2,000 points and the one of Lin Gaoyuan and Lin Shidong was seventh with 1,590 points.

In the mixed doubles rankings, the pair of Lin Shidong and Qiu Man ranked first with 5,848 points. Wang Chuqin and Sun Yingsha followed closely in second place with 4,140 points.
