中萨（摩亚）互免签证协定即将生效

Set to Enter into Force
《中华人民共和国政府和萨摩亚独立国政府关于互免签证的协定》将自2025年4月2日起生效。根据协定，持有效的中国外交、公务、公务普通及普通护照和持有效的萨摩亚独立国外交、官员及普通护照公民，在缔约另一方入境、出境或者过境，单次停留不超过30日，每180日累计停留不超过90日，免办签证。如需在缔约另一方境内停留超过上述停留期限，或在缔约另一方境内从事工作、学习、定居、新闻报道等须经缔约另一方主管部门事先批准的活动，应当在入境缔约另一方前申请相应签证。
The agreement on mutual visa exemption between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Independent State of Samoa will take effect on April 2nd, 2025. Under this agreement, citizens holding valid Chinese diplomatic passports, service passports, service ordinary passports and those holding valid Samoan diplomatic passports, official passports, and ordinary passports can enter, exit, or transit the other contracting party without a visa, provided that their single stay does not exceed 30 days and the cumulative stay within every 180 days does not exceed 90 days.
If it is necessary to stay in the territory of the other contracting party for a period longer than the above-mentioned limit or to engage in activities such as work, study, settlement, or news reporting that require prior approval from the competent authorities of the other contracting party, the corresponding visa should be applied for before entering the territory of the other contracting party.

According to relevant project managers, in terms of production and manufacturing, the Sanya International Building Energy Conservation Innovation Center adopts customized intelligent manufacturing equipment that conforms to German Industry 4.0 standards, realizing the whole-chain production of green and healthy buildings. The park comprehensively applies green and healthy building integrated systems such as ecological natural restoration technology, renewable energy generation technology, and intelligent energy recovery technology, fully reflecting the concept of green and low-carbon development.

3月8日，由东京都日中友好协会组织的日本研学团一行20余人走进三亚，展开一场深度的文化体验与旅游考察活动。日本研学团学员们登上了鹿回头风景区俯瞰三亚全景，品尝了老爸茶等本土特色美食，走访了三亚多个标志性旅游景点，还体验了亚特兰蒂斯度假区等优质的休闲度假项目。除此之外，他们还前往三亚国际免税城，深入了解海南自由贸易港的免税购物政策，尤其对免税店内数量众多、价格优惠的日本品牌倍感惊喜，通过这次行程了解到了三亚多样化的旅游资源，今后有计划为研学团安排更深度的三亚考察行程，感受三亚的独特风情。
On March 8th, a Japanese study tour group of more than 20 people organized by the Tokyo Metropolitan Japan-China Friendship Association visited Sanya and carried out an in-depth cultural experience and tourism inspection activity. The members of the Japanese study tour group ascended Luohuitou Scenic Area to overlook the panorama of Sanya, tasted local specialty foods such as Laoba Tea, visited many iconic tourist attractions in Sanya, and also experienced high-quality leisure and vacation projects such as Atlantis Sanya. In addition, the group went to Sanya Duty-Free City to learn in depth about the duty-free shopping policy of the Hainan Free Trade Port. They were especially surprised by the large number and favorable prices of Japanese brands in the duty-free shops. Through this trip, they learned about the diverse tourism resources in Sanya and, in the future, they plan to arrange a more in-depth inspection trip to Sanya to experience the unique charm of Sanya.
